Description
This interactive workshop guides participants through the recruitment
life cycle, from defining skill profiles to making a job offer.
It demonstrates how to screen resumes, how to use effective interviewing
techniques and how to assess candidates. It also discusses legal
constraints. The workshop develops skills in individual and team
activities and provides opportunities to refine interviewing skills
in role-play exercises.
Audience
This workshop is for anyone involved in recruitment of IT (information
technology) professionals. It can be customized for recruitment
of other staff.

No prerequisites.
Classroom Requirements
Room set up as horseshoe and large enough for team activities, or
with break-out rooms for team activities. Overhead projector, flipcharts.
